Every bag of Water Gap Coffee is roasted after you order it, not weeks before in a warehouse somewhere. No bagged stock, no storage, no stale coffee. That’s why you won’t find a “roasted on” or “best by” date on our bags: your coffee doesn’t exist until you ask for it.
From Farm to Your Front Door
We bring in coffees from Central and South America, Africa, and Indonesia, including organically grown options, and roast every bag to order in small batches here in the Lehigh Valley.
