The best coffees of the African region, are among the
most distinctively flavored coffees in the world.
The acidity leaves you with an unmistakable dry,
winey aftertaste. In addition to it's rich winey
quality, there is a mocha flavor. The mocha flavor
here, should not be confused with a brownie.
Rather, there is a peculiar rich edge to the
aftertaste that is clearly - but subtly -
discerned along with the winey acidity.

as smooth; full-bodied; often with an almost
buttery texture.

In South American Coffee, no single quality is extreme.
They are generally full-bodied, but not too much so;
acidy, but not as acidy as some African varietals can be; always
