Brewing the Perfect cup:
Always start with quality fresh roasted coffee and clean equipment.
Use filtered water or at least non chlorinated water for best flavor
Add 1 Tbs of coffee per cup for a base cup of coffee.
Adjust strength as required. Be sure to always clean the filter each time you brew.
Use coffee within an hour or brew a new pot. You are worth the best experience possible EVERY TIME!
Savor your cup. It is one of the few things that we universally indulge in as a people of the world.

The thrill of seeing your son or daughter riding past you on a motorcycle is one of mixed emotions. You worry that they are going too fast, you see every hazard in their way. You know that one slip up, and it's all over for the day. And that is only the start... When you hear "10 seconds" get called by the race official, you know that for the next 90 minutes, your kids are making their own decisions and must live with the consequences. The worst part is knowing that your kids are only 7, 11, 13.
You see, our business has supported and will continue to support the sport of Harescramble Motorcycle racing. This consists of a closed course track through woods, fields, rocks and sand in the rain, sun or bitter cold. Those kids strap on their game faces and give their race every thing they have for 90 minutes. This may be similar to other sports, no doubt. But then figure in the 100+ riders that are on that course with them.
Each rider is trying to win their class and compete for the best overall score they can.
That is why we spend time taking our children to far away races, seeing places they may not ever experience, meeting new people every where we go, enjoying the solitude of our trailer and the sound of laughter from our fellow campers. We are racers through and through. In fact, we are Team Caffeine at Watergap Coffee.
Fueled by race fuel and coffee, we challenge each other, and our selves to push for excellence. We want you to know our name. We are willing to hang it all out there to get you to notice. We are proud of what we do. That is why we wear the Watergap Coffee Symbol proudly on our motorcycle shrouds. We are Team Caffeine.
Our race season starts in March in NJ and Florida and ends around October with Indiana and Maryland. We wish you could be with us at every race but we know that the coffee customers that are there will cheer us on. We love you for it.
